Shipping Policies

 


 NB - Please note that all jewellery is made to order, so please allow 7-10 days for manufacture

South African Orders: 

  • All orders will be couriered to your door, using the Courier Guy
  • Please allow 1-2 days shipping to main centres, and 4-5 days for regional areas.
  • Returns will need to be couriered back to us, at your charge.

International Orders:

  • All items are shipped from South Africa. Any destination outside of South Africa, is an International Order.
  • We ship via Fedex international courier. All items are insured.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

  • We can not undervalue your orders.

Customs use the value to clear your goods and determine the duties and taxes. We are required to declare the full value of items on the commercial invoice to ensure that your package arrives without troubles at customs.

Undervaluation of goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in a fine ,your goods being seized and can affect the reputation of our company. If the customs authorities question the value we’ve provided, they may ask you to provide proof of payment to compare values.

Also, if your packages are lost or damaged during transit, you will only be compensated based on the invoice value stated on the commercial invoice, and that's not good for us or for you, our valued customer.

  • No tax will be charged at checkout. 

  • For orders outside of South Africa you will be responsible for the payment of all import duties and local taxes, as well as any additional customs clearance charges.
  • For the USA, I unfortunately have to charge tariffs up front. Once I have the total of your order, I will let you know the tariff amount to pay, and you can pay via PayPal, or Payfast. This will ensure it will clear customs quicker though!
  • Unfortunately if you refuse or do not pay these charges, what happens next is out of our control.
  • If the parcel is returned to us without any additional charges, we will refund you the original cost of goods, excluding the shipping charge.
  • If we incur additional costs to recover the goods, this cost will be deducted from the refund value.
  • If we are unable to recover the goods, no refund will be given
